31 Aug 2009 - New arrivals at Rowanfield

Rowanfield welcomed two new fishy friends on Monday - Fish & Chips!  Bradley and Shane from Team A went shopping with Mr Forrest to collect them and ensure they were settled into their new home.  A whole school competition was set up to decide upon the best names - some suggestions included "Sharky & Nemo" and "Tom & Jerry".  Mrs McGinlay was very sad that pupils hadn't voted for "Work 'n' Hard" - her own personal favourite!

Each class now have the job of feeding them, cleaning them and generally looking after them on a weekly basis.  We hope they will be very happy here at Rowanfield.
