A completed working together form
Minutes from the Pupil Supprt Group Meeting
Rowanfield Inclusion forms available from Rowanfield Inclusion Service
Any relevant health and social work reports

Moving from Rowanfield
All children at Rowanfield have an opportunity to be assessed for integration into mainstream if this experience is considered appropriate to their needs
Once decided upon, an appropriate part time or full time placement will be negotiated with parents, educational psychologist and mainstream school
Mainstream school will be developed in a pupil's own community
Time and level of support will depend on the child's progress and his/ her ability to work positively in a mainstream environment
Rowanfield Inclusion
Rowanfield Inclusion service provides appropriate support to enable each child access to school and/ or community mainstream experience:We support children moving from mainstream to Rowanfield and/ or Rowanfield to mainstreamWho we support:
Children whose challenging behaviour may lead to a placement in Rowanfield
Children who are in need of support ensuring they remain in their mainstream class/ school
We support by:
Observation and feedback
Team Teaching
Giving class teacher time to work with a child on a one to one or a group basis
Providing support materials
Staffing:
3.5 Teachers
1 Nursery Nurse
2 Support Staff
